Home inspections began as a consumer service in the early 1970's in direct response to the growing demand by homebuyers. It soon became apparent that selecting a Home Inspector was becoming as important as finding the right home.
    As a member of the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors, I am dedicated to serving my clients by upholding the high professional standards mandated by our organization. Buyers of homes and commercial properties can be assured that I will do my utmost to provide a thorough on-site investigation and analysis of any premises they may wish to buy and be made aware of defects before committing to the purchase.
